BEWARE CONSUMERS! The US Government busted and got a huge judgement against Israeli Scammer Don Karl Juravin who has gone by the names Adi Jorbin and Adi Juravin. Juravin/Jorbin was convicted in Israel for consumer fraud and changed his name when he came to the USA in 2014 when google searches became somewhat problematic.

Now the the FTC has gotten a $25.3 million dollar personal judgement, he has filed Chapter 7 personal bankruptcy in Orlando to try and discharge that debt. He will have a huge problem with that as the FTC says he acquired all of that money through fraud, so no discharge.

In an effort to continue his weight loss scams and reinvent himself, he has now started a bogus scam “ church” called the “Holy Land Ministry” with him as its “minister”. He claims on the website “Holy.care” that for $$$$ he can deliver you from the “demons of obesity “. Shockingly, he also claims that his “divine fasting” program CURES CANCER! This guy is nothing more than a scammer who has NO medical training and used to be in the used auto parts business and now he is a “minister”! Run away from this scammer and keep your hard earned money!

Well folks, it was a jump shot on Internet Scammer Don Karl Juravin either fleeing the country or filing personal bankruptcy after defrauding consumers of more than $26 million dollars. Apparently Mr Juravin who ripped off so many millions from good hard working people decided to stick it out in the good ole’ US of A by filing personal bankruptcy.

I guess what Juravin does not realize is that he probably cannot bankrupt the FTC’s judgement against him personally it was officially determined by a US District Judge that he actually defrauded consumers, meaning that he and his companies were basically a criminal enterprise.

Good luck Juravin as you are going to need it after you got caught ripping off hard working Americans. My personal wish was that you had not opted for bankruptcy, but would choose to flee the country like you told so many people you were going to do.

I am pleading with others online not to fall prey to Roca Labs and it's completely discredited owner who bills himself as an "inventor" who has invented a so called "miracle invention" called Gastric Bypass Alternative No Surgery, which is basically common dietary fibers. He claims that if you eat that goop, drink a lot of water, fast for 16 hours you will lose weight....imagine that??!!?

Well, the FTC sued him and got him to admit in deposition that if they (consumers) did all of that anyways without taking his slop, they would lose weight anyways. What does that mean? He lied to consumers, plain and simple. He also admitted to faking reviews and studies by setting up websites owned by him to post positive fake reviews for consumers to read.

All lies. He also claimed to have medical studies done by real experts. He lied. Not one was backed up by anyone, he wrote them.

The Don, as he calls himself has no medical background or training at all in medicine or weight loss. He claims to be the #1 weight loss guru and plan in the US. However, he is not listed in any reputable publication stating that. Online, he is not even in the top ten, much less top 50; the claim only exists on his websites and Facebook page.

What about all of the lawsuits he filed against ex customers who posted truthful reviews online on his "product" that did not work? He failed to silence those poor people who paid millions of dollars for utterly worthless garbage. He lost the lawsuits against them and Pissedconsumer.com to silence these brave people who were harmed by him. Please note in the last uploaded pic, he is chastising his customers for asking real questions about reviews they have read online.

I guess he does not like to answer the truth. Now, he is about to lose big time against the FTC who will get a $25 million dollar personal judgment against him. He also has gotten the attention of the IRS who have a $1 million dollar plus judgment already on him. Don't be yet another sucker by believing his BS and buying his "regimen" and his "magic night pills".

Guys, it’s all over for this internet scammer. On this past Friday September 14th, US District Judge Mary S. Scriven handed down the final order in the case where the FTC sued Don Karl Juravin and his companies (GBA) for selling fake weight loss products and then suing consumers for posting their honest opinions on pissedconsumer.com claiming that they were trying to extort money from him because they posted their opinion. Juravin even sued pissedconsumer’s parent company, Consumer Opinion Corp. for letting them post. He lost badly on that one as well!

From what we have read in the order, it appears that Juravin will have to shut down all operations and sales! Will he do it? Probably not immediately knowing this online con artist.

Before you buy, make sure you do your research on the companies that sell Gastric Bypass Alternative NO Surgery and their new "invention" as they call it , the "Magic Night" pill. On the website they are now pushing this new pill and they tell you after you have fasted for 16 hours, drank a few gallons of water, and taken their now completely discredited goop; you take this pill before bedtime and after you go to the bathroom, weigh yourself.

It is unbelievable that consumers are falling for this nonsense as you will automatically lose weight by excercise, lower calorie intake and drinking lots of water. The person that owns Roca Labs and Gastric.care has admitted the stuff was fake in US Federal Court.

Don't believe this *** they are pushing and go to a real weight specialist vs. an internet snake oil salesman.

Don’t waste your time or money and make the same mistake I have. After I spent over $900 on this stuff I was soooooooooooooo incredibly disappointed.

The stuff tastes terrible and made me vomit constantly. The diarrhea was unbearable. It got so bad that I had to spend hundreds of dollars going to the doctor. I asked if he has heard of this GBA as he is a weight loss specialist.

He told me this stuff is a joke in the industry and the supposed inventor is even more of a joke because the guy has no medical training and supposedly dropped out of high school. My Doctor here in NYC has seen plenty of overweight people like me and he says it makes him so angry when he hears “GBA” as there is NO SUCH THING AS GASTRIC BYPASS EFFECT as this stuff just runs right through you.

He also told me the industry association is waiting on the FTC to shut this shady business down. Keep your fingers crossed.

These scammers make you go through this *** and fake "qualification " process where they ask you personal questions like "is your family upset and disappointed because of your weight"? , and "do you know that people stay away from you because they are embarrassed to be around you"? That's horrible! Then you go through another round of high pressure sales tactics and they try convince you that the owner of Roca Labs personally "invented" this "miricle" and it is custom made for you.

So after you go through all this, you decide to google these people and do some research before you take the plunge. So I did, and what I found was shocking in a bad way. It's all BS apparently and the whole company appears to be some Miami type slickies who are nothing but high pressure sales people! Another thing to note is NO REFUNDS, PERIOD.

It's a TOTAL RIPOFF because they tell you they don't reward failure, they reward success. If you want to be a success, you might get a Disney trip out of Juravin!

All of Don Juravin's outrageous claims have been completely disproven by the US Government and by his own medical experts in court testimony, not to mention his own testimony where he said he "tricked" consumers into buying his products. (Google FTC vs. ROCA LABS & DON JURAVIN) When doing your research online and you see positive reviews, you will notice that they always praise Don Juravin as an "AMAZING INVENTOR", "SAVIOUR", and always written in bold caps.

Don't be fooled, 99% of those reviews are actually taken from his website and most were actually paid to write those reviews, if not completely fake to begin with. Go to a real medical professional for weight loss help so you can do it safely and not with some ego maniac who has ZERO medical experience and training.

Leave it to Don Karl Juravin and Roca Labs. There is an old saying that *** attracts ***.

As most people are aware, Roca Labs and it's owner had another online Doctor who went by Dr. Ross F. who is known as Dr. Ross Finesmith.

In the public record it is known that this doctor lost his medical license due to possession of child *** and was NOT a weight loss specialist. Dr Ross F. also admitted in the FTC vs Roca, Juravin case that he never used or evaluated the products, but yet he was their online spokesman hawking the product and dispensing advice. Furthermore, Don Karl Juravin admitted that no Doctors did studies on the product; he did it.

Don Karl Juravin has zero education and expertise in medicine. Now they tout the new Doctor who they hail as an expert in weight loss. His speciality is general surgery, not bariatric, nor weight loss. They also tout him as being chief of staff of hospitals.

No evidence was found anywhere of this. What did come up though is an article on him whereby he has a $24 million dollar judgement against him and in court documents where he admitted to participating in a fraudulent money transfer scheme. What is it with these guys??!!??

Go to a real weight loss specialist and quit fooling around with internet quacks. Read the documents, it's proven.
